Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

YouDev provides the following services:

• Web development and design
• UI/UX design
• E-commerce development
• CRM system development
• Digital marketing
• Technical support and consulting

3. Client Obligations

The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, pay for services on time, and adhere to project agreements.

4. Payment and Pricing

Service prices are set individually for each project. Payment is made according to the agreements in the contract or commercial proposal.

5. Copyright

All rights to developed software, design, and other materials are transferred to the client after full project payment.

6. Warranties and Liability

We provide a warranty for developed software for 6 months after project delivery. Liability is limited to the project cost.

7. Confidentiality

We undertake to maintain the confidentiality of information received from the client and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate cooperation with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, the client pays for completed work.

9. Terms Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes take effect after publication on the website.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are considered in Ukrainian courts.
